Galvanised: (GV) Galvanising is a rough grey finish commonly known as Hot Dipped or Hot Spelter Galvanised. The galvanising process creates a protective zinc layer, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and longevity.Perry galvanising is industry leading with up to 60% thicker microns to other leading brands, making it the superior finish on the UK market, now all Perry fully Galvanised products come with 25 year guarantee Corrosion Resistance: 4 - Excellent corrosion resistance, making it ideal for rugged outdoor conditions.

Self Colour: (SC) Self Colour means the product is uncoated and has a natural, raw appearance. This finish is often used to paint over the product.

Corrosion Resistance: 1 - No corrosion resistance; best suited for dry indoor environments.

Stainless Steel: (SS) Stainless Steel is a premium material with an attractive silver finish, suitable for a wide variety of outdoor applications, where extreme weather resistance is needed. Corrosion Resistance: 5 - Excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for all environments, including marine and corrosive settings. Zinc Plated: (ZP) Zinc Plated hardware is versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications as it provides a moderate protective layer against corrosion, enhancing the longevity of the item. Corrosion Resistance: 2 - Moderate corrosion resistance; suitable for general use, but not ideal for harsh outdoor conditions. Black Powder Coated (BK) Black Powder Coated finishes are suited for both indoor and outdoor use. Providing a sleek, matte black appearance. This finish offers standard durability and resistance to weathering, making it a popular choice for gates, fences, and more. Corrosion Resistance: 2 - Moderate corrosion resistance, suitable for general use, but not ideal for harsh outdoor conditions. Yellow Passivated: (YP) Produced using the same process as silver coloured zinc plating but with a yellow tint. It is versatile and suitable for a wide range of applications as it provides a protective layer against corrosion, enhancing the longevity of the item.
